Sentikko provides flexible tools to manage your customer data and export reports for external analysis.
Contact Management
1. Bulk Import (CSV)
You can quickly populate your contact list by uploading a CSV file.
- Navigate to: Contacts > Import.
- Requirement: Ensure your CSV includes at least a Phone column in E.164 format (e.g.,
+1234567890). An Email column is optional.
Mapping columns: After uploading, map each CSV column to the correct field (Name, Phone, Email). Columns you don't need can be set to "Skip".
Assigning labels during import: Before confirming the import you can attach one or more Labels to every contact in the file. Select existing labels or create a new one inline directly from the import dialog. This lets you segment imported contacts immediately — for example, tagging a batch as "Lead - May 2025" the moment they land in your database.
2. Exporting Contacts
Need your data for a different tool? Export your segmented lists at any time.
- How to Export: Select a Segment or the full list and click "Export CSV".
Campaign Analytics Export
For in-depth performance reviews, you can export the full data set for any broadcast campaign.
- Navigate to Engage > Broadcasts.
- Click on a completed campaign to open the report.
- Click the Download icon () to export reaching and engagement metrics.
Data Security & Privacy
Compliance
Sentikko is designed with privacy in mind.
- Data Encapsulation: Each organization's data is strictly isolated at the database level.
- Audit Logs: All data exports and deletions are tracked in the Audit Logs.
[!IMPORTANT] Data Deletion: When you delete an organization or integrated channel, all associated message logs and contact data are permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
