Sentikko provides flexible tools to manage your customer data and export reports for external analysis.

Contact Management

1. Bulk Import (CSV)

You can quickly populate your contact list by uploading a CSV file.

• Navigate to: Connect > Contacts > Import.
• Requirement: Ensure your CSV includes a "Phone" column in E.164 format (e.g., +1234567890).

2. Exporting Contacts

Need your data for a different tool? Export your segmented lists at any time.

• How to Export: Select a Segment or the full list and click "Export CSV".

Campaign Analytics Export

For in-depth performance reviews, you can export the full data set for any broadcast campaign.

1. Navigate to Engage > Broadcasts.
2. Click on a completed campaign to open the report.
3. Click the Download icon () to export reaching and engagement metrics.

Data Security & Privacy

Compliance

Sentikko is designed with privacy in mind.

• Data Encapsulation: Each organization's data is strictly isolated at the database level.
• Audit Logs: All data exports and deletions are tracked in the Audit Logs.

[!IMPORTANT] Data Deletion: When you delete an organization or integrated channel, all associated message logs and contact data are permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
