Audit Logs
Audit Logs provide a chronological record of all significant actions taken within your Sentikko organization. This is crucial for security compliance and troubleshooting.
Viewing Logs
- Go to Subscription page (Organization menu).
- Navigate to the Audit Logs tab.
- Use the filters to search by User, Action, or Date Range.
Tracked Events
| Category | Event Description |
|---|---|
| User Access | Successful logins, failed attempts, password changes, and 2FA activations. |
| Data Changes | Bulk contact imports, manual contact deletions, and CSV data exports. |
| Integrations | Channel connections (WhatsApp, Messenger), API key generation, and webhook updates. |
| Team | Member invitations, role changes (Admin to Agent), and removal of staff. |
| Billing | Plan upgrades, subscription cancellations, and token pack purchases. |
| Automation | Flow publication, deletion of shared templates, and global rule changes. |
[!NOTE] Retention: Audit logs are retained for 90 days on standard plans and 1 year on Enterprise plans.
