Audit Logs

Audit Logs provide a chronological record of all significant actions taken within your Sentikko organization. This is crucial for security compliance and troubleshooting.

Viewing Logs

1. Go to Subscription page (Organization menu).
2. Navigate to the Audit Logs tab.
3. Use the filters to search by User, Action, or Date Range.

Tracked Events

• User Access: Logins, failed login attempts, password changes.
• Data Changes: Contact deletions, export of customer data.
• Configuration: Changes to integration settings, API key generation.
• Team Management: Inviting/removing members, changing roles.
• Billing: Plan upgrades/downgrades, payment method changes.

[!NOTE] Retention: Audit logs are retained for 90 days on standard plans and 1 year on Enterprise plans.
