Manage Multiple Workspaces Under One Account

Multi-Organization Management

Sentikko allows you to create and manage multiple independent organizations (workspaces) using a single user account. This is ideal for agencies managing multiple clients or businesses with separate departments.

Creating a New Organization

  1. Click on your Organization Name in the top-left corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select "+ Create New Organization" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter the name and brand details for your new workspace.

Switching Workspaces

Moving between organizations is instantaneous:

  • Open the Organization Switcher (top-left).
  • Click on the workspace you wish to enter.
  • Your inbox, integrations, and settings will refresh to match the selected organization.

Isolated Data & Billing

  • Data Privacy: Contacts, messages, and automation flows are strictly isolated. No data is shared between organizations.
  • Independent Billing: Each organization has its own Subscription Plan. Upgrading one workspace does not affect others.

User Invitations

You can be a member of multiple organizations simultaneously.

  • When invited to a new organization, you will receive an email.
  • Once accepted, the new workspace will appear in your Organization Switcher.

[!TIP] Agencies can use Labels across different organizations to maintain a consistent customer tagging strategy, though labels must be created individually in each workspace.
