Timezone

Set the timezone your organization operates in. This ensures all appointments and schedules are aligned with your local time.

Client Interaction Duration

Define the average time (in minutes) spent attending to one client. This value is used by the AI to:

• Estimate appointment durations when scheduling.
• Provide accurate time estimates to clients during conversations.
• Manage slot availability effectively.

Default: 30 minutes.

Weekly Schedule

Configure your organization's working days and hours. Toggle specific days on or off and set the start and end times for each day.
