Manage Your Sentikko Plan and AI Token Balance

Billing & Subscriptions

Sentikko offers flexible pricing plans designed to grow with your business. All billing is managed securely via our payment partner, Polar.

Subscription Plans

We offer several tiers based on your message volume and team size:

  • Free: Perfect for getting started. Limited to 50 AI messages and basic features.
  • Pro: For growing teams. Includes higher broadcast limits and advanced automations.
  • Enterprise: Custom limits, dedicated support, and multi-organization management.

AI Message Balance

As documented in AI Agents, Sentikko uses a credit system for AI-generated responses.

Checking Your Balance

Navigate to Settings > Billing to view your current remaining credits.

Topping Up

If you run out of credits, you can purchase "Token Packs":

  1. Click the "Buy Credits" button in the Billing dashboard.
  2. Select your desired pack size.
  3. Complete payment via the Polar checkout popup.
  4. Credits are added to your account instantly.

Payment Management

Managing Payment Methods

In the Billing section, click "Manage Subscription" to be redirected to the Polar customer portal where you can:

  • Update your credit card or billing address.
  • View and download previous invoices.
  • Cancel or upgrade your plan.

[!NOTE] All subscription changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Token pack purchases are one-time and don't expire.
