Organize Conversations and Contacts

Labels (Tags)

Labels (or Tags) are a powerful way to categorize conversations and contacts in Sentikko. They allow for easy filtering, reporting, and segmentation of your audience.

Managing Labels

  1. Go to Settings > Labels.
  2. Create a new label with a Name and Color.

Use Cases

  • Priority: High Priority, Urgent, VIP.
  • Status: Pending Payment, Awaiting Shipping, Resolved.
  • Topic: Bug Report, Feature Request, Billing Inquiry.

Applying Labels

  • In Inbox: Click the icon in the conversation header to add a label.
  • In Automation: Use the "Add Tag" step to automatically label contacts based on their interactions (e.g., if they click "Buy Now").
  • Bulk Action: Select multiple contacts in the CRM and apply a label to all.

Filtering by Label

In the Inbox or Contacts view, use the value filter to see only conversations/contacts with specific labels. This helps teams focus on specific types of inquiries (e.g., "Show me all VIP support tickets").
