Labels (Tags)
Labels (or Tags) are a powerful way to categorize conversations and contacts in Sentikko. They allow for easy filtering, reporting, and segmentation of your audience.
Managing Labels
- Go to Settings > Labels.
- Create a new label with a Name and Color.
Use Cases
- Priority:
High Priority,Urgent,VIP. - Status:
Pending Payment,Awaiting Shipping,Resolved. - Topic:
Bug Report,Feature Request,Billing Inquiry.
Applying Labels
- In Inbox: Click the icon in the conversation header to add a label.
- In Automation: Use the "Add Tag" step to automatically label contacts based on their interactions (e.g., if they click "Buy Now").
- Bulk Action: Select multiple contacts in the CRM and apply a label to all.
Filtering by Label
In the Inbox or Contacts view, use the value filter to see only conversations/contacts with specific labels. This helps teams focus on specific types of inquiries (e.g., "Show me all VIP support tickets").
