Unify Facebook Page Communications

Facebook Messenger Integration

Integrating Facebook Messenger allows your support team to manage inquiries from your Facebook Page directly within Sentikko, eliminating the need to switch between Meta Business Suite and your helpdesk.

Key Capabilities

  • Direct Messaging: Receive and reply to private messages instantly.
  • Rich Media Support: Send images, videos, and file attachments.
  • Comment-to-Message: (Coming Soon) Automatically trigger a private reply when a user comments on your posts.

Setup Instructions

  1. Access Integration Hub: Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Initiate Connection: Find Messenger and click "Connect".
  3. Facebook Authorization:
    • Log in to the Facebook account that administers your Pages.
    • Select the Facebook Page(s) you wish to connect to Sentikko.
    • Note: Select all pages you might want to use in the future to avoid re-authenticating.
  4. Grant Permissions: Allow Sentikko to manage_pages and read_page_mailboxes. This is required to sync messages.

Troubleshooting

[!TIP] Missing Messages?: If messages stop syncing, it often means the page token has expired. Simply click "Reconnect" in the integration settings to refresh your permissions.
