Instagram Direct Integration

Connect your Instagram Business Account to manage Direct Messages from your Instagram followers in a unified inbox alongside WhatsApp and Messenger conversations.

Requirements

• Instagram Business or Creator Account: Personal accounts are not supported.
• Facebook Page: Your Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Page.
• Meta Business Account: Admin access to your Meta Business portfolio.

Connection Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
2. Click "Connect" on the Instagram card.
3. Authenticate with Facebook:
   • Log in with your Facebook credentials.
   • Select the Instagram Business Account you want to connect.
4. Grant Permissions: Allow Sentikko to read and send Instagram Direct Messages.
